EALING COMMON HOUSE

From the outset, our project brief for Ealing Common House was clear. With large, historic and derelict structures dominating an existing garden space, we were tasked with strategising how it may be possible to consolidate all of the existing structures in to a singular and sustainable timber frame summer house. Through a detailed pre-application process with the London Borough of Ealing, and formal planning application process, we were successful in securing permission for 70sqm build in the spring of 2024.
